Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
- 48–96h (Nacex): €9,98 | Free on orders over €120

Canary Islands
- 4 working days (Nacex): €9,98 | Free on orders over €120

Germany, France, UK and Italy
- 4–5 business days (UPS): €9,98 | Free on orders over €120

Rest of Europe
- Up to 7 working days from order request: €15,98 | Free on orders over €180

Rest of the world
- Up to 10 working days from order request: €49,98 | Free on orders over €480

Delivery issues

If you do not receive your order by:
- 10 working days (Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, Italy and the United Kingdom)
- 21 working days (rest of the world)

Taxes and duties

- European countries outside the EU: tariffs to be paid by the customer at the destination.
- Any country with import tariffs: at the customer's expense.
- Canary Islands: the customer must pay the IGIC, regardless of the shipping cost.

Our warehouse is located in Madrid because we are governed by the calendar of that province.

Additional Conditions

You have two attempts to receive the package. If you are absent or the information is incorrect, you will have to pay the charges for your original shipment again or pick it up at the corresponding NACEX branch.. If, on the other hand, you prefer to return the order, you will be reimbursed in full less the shipping costs.
