For all purchase made through www.oldjeffrey.com, the return must be requested through our email: firstname.lastname@example.org
In the email you must indicate your desire to withdraw from the purchase made and, in addition, we would appreciate it if you would inform us about the following points in a structured manner:
- Article reference that you want to return (specifying the article with link if it does not find the reference)
- Confirm if the pickup address of the item to be exchanged coincides with the one previously reported in the original order. If not, indicate the new collection address.
- Indicate schedule that best fits to make the collection
- We would appreciate your answer to the following question:
Why have you returned the garment? It would help us a lot to know the reason for your return in order to improve our service.
In any case, and in accordance with European and Spanish regulations on consumers and users, When you make a purchase through our online channel, you have the right to withdraw from it within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for any justification or to explain to Old Jeffrey the reasons for your decision. This period will begin to count from the day it is established that you picked up the product or that a person authorized by you did so.
Likewise, and in accordance with the law, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal when you make a purchase of any of these products: modified garments, made-to-measure garments, underwear (such as boxers and socks), ceremony items (cufflinks , suspenders and scarves) or garments outside the withdrawal period of 14 days.
Usually, once OLD JEFFREY receives your withdrawal statement through the aforementioned email, will refund you, within 14 calendar days, and in the same original payment methodthe following concepts:

- Returns - Peninsula: FREE if your order is all seasonal items (without promotions or discounts) and, in addition, it is an order value that exceeds the minimum value established by geographical area for shipping costs to be considered free; as long as taking into account that the return is not preceded by a previous free size change | Otherwise: € 5.98 that will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed.

For any purchase made through our website, The size change can only be made through our contact email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the email you must indicate the following information:
- Article referencethat you want to return / change size or article (specifying the article with a link if you cannot find the reference)

- Indicate schedule that best fitsto carry out the collection we will send a courier and the shipping costs in the Peninsula are assumed by us for the primer change. The costs of changing sizes outside the peninsula will be borne by the customer - prices below
- If you wish to make a size change, you can do so within 30 days of your purchase.
- This service only allows you to change the size of the item, you will not be able to change its color or model. The change of size is subject to the availability of the article.

Once we receive the item, the customer service department will contact you to confirm the shipment of the new size. Remember that home collection and shipping of the new size will be free in the case of the first size change and in the case of peninsular orders.
