CUSTOMIZED PANTS
We offer 2 custom tailoring services: (i) Tailoring service MADE TO MEASURE (MTM) and (ii) tailoring service BESPOKE. The difference between both methodologies lies, mainly, in the preparation process after taking the client's measurements; We explain it below.
1) Preparation of the pattern after taking the client's measurementsIn the case of MTM tailoring, to obtain the client's pattern, we use witnesses with a base pattern against which we make corrections and obtain the client's final pattern. On the other hand, in the Bespoke tailoring service, the measurements are taken directly and the pattern is obtained manually and is carried out by means of calculations and generation of curvatures based on tailor's rules.
2) Cutting of the fabricFor MTM tailoring, the pattern obtained for each client is digitalized and the fabric scrap chosen for making the garment is cut very precisely by a cutting machine. On the contrary, in the Bespoke service, our tailor will cut the garment manually with special tailor's scissors for this purpose.
3) Garment assembly. In the case of MTM tailoring, our sewing team is made up of 10 people who will carry out the final preparation of the garment. For this case, each member of the team will specialize in a part of the garment (leg, waist, etc.) and, ultimately, the garment will be assembled together. In this process, the sewing will be carried out in a mixed way, that is, long stitches with a sewing machine and details finished by hand. On the other hand, in the case of artisanal tailoring (Bespoke), the complete tailoring will be carried out manually by our specialized tailor.
For both services, sThe client's measurements would be taken from scratch and each of the details of the garment would be personalized. We have more than 3000 fabric references from 12 different suppliers (Italy, England, France and Spain)
Additionally, we have a intermediate service between tailoring and tailoring which is called service MADE TO ORDER (MTO), That is, based on the pattern and model of our ready-made pants, we give the option of making new pants from scratch by selecting the fabric, as well as focusing on some details of the garment's design.
The MTO service is ideal for those clients who find our tailoring pattern suitable but who, however, are looking to choose the fabric with which to make their new pants.
