1.2. Right of Withdrawal
Cancellation period: 14 consecutive days counting from the receipt of the product. Exceções:
- Altered or custom-made pieces of clothing.
- Underwear (boxers, tights).

- Products within 14 days.
1.3. Refund Conditions

1.5. Product Return Conditions
- Original packaging.
- In perfect condition, without signs of use.
- Products that do not comply with these conditions will be returned to the customer without a refund.
1.6. Harvest Attempts
- Two free attempts are offered.
- From the third attempt, additional taxes will be charged, in accordance with the regional standard rate.

2.1. General Removal Process

- Order number.
- Reference of the article (or link, if the reference is not found).
- Confirmation of straightening of collection or new straightening.

2.4. Alterations during the sale period

For all Purchases made in our store on Rua Velázquez, 19 , Returns must be processed in the same store ; It will be necessary to present the original purchase receipt. For the birth period, and generally, there are 14 calendar days counting from the purchase date to make a return or exchange.
We cannot make refunds or exchanges:
- Please note that the Old Jeffrey product must be in the same condition as it was received, without any apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging.
- In some cases, oils will be returned from (i) altered pieces, (ii) custom-made pieces, (iii) inner clothing (such as cuecas and socks), (iv) the following ceremonial items: knitted buttons, suspenders and leggings, such as (v) pieces outside the return period of 14 consecutive days.

- To exchange an item for a different size, you must present the corresponding proof of purchase.
- Important : For any item purchased at the recommended original retail price (RRP), if a subsequent size alteration is necessary , and this request is made during the promotional period, the exchange will be carried out simply by size, with the delivery of the new size requested to the customer, without refund, in no circumstances, there is a difference in price between the original RRP and the discounted RRP at the moment of the exchange.
- The Old Jeffrey product must be in the same condition as it was received, without any apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging. We will not be able to process a truck if the item from the original order is not in perfect conditions.
- Do not use oils with altered parts, custom-made parts, inner clothing (such as cuecas and socks), ceremonial items or items outside the return period.
Special Information - INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

* If there is a defect in the product or case, you must send photos of the defect. 7 days in a row após após receção da encomenda.
