Special Information - WRONG ITEM OR DEFECT
If you receive an incorrect item or with defects you see, please contact us. email contact@oldjeffrey.com.
* If the item is defective, you must send photos of the defective item and always be present. 7 calendar days after receipt of the order.
We will request the details of your order and combine the pickup. As long as we verify the defect, you will have the option of sending the same product, we have it in stock, exchange it for another product or refund the value paid using the same payment method used.
If a defect or fault is detected within the indicated 7 days, Old Jeffrey, at its discretion, will resolve the incident based on the circumstances reported and explained to the client.
