1. READY-TO-WEAR SUIT (RTW)

Our line Ready-to-Wear It is a collection of pre-fabricated suits made with 100% Super S110 fabrics from the Italian brand Vitale Barberis Canonico, made with a calibrated and perfected mold by our team of modellers.

In this case, the shoulders of each client determine the appropriate size; Please note, once the suit model is selected, we recommend the perfect fit to the customer on our shoulders. After this stage, it is only adjusted to your body measurements for a perfect fit.

These pieces feature high-quality finishes, such as pointed and sloping lapels, intertwined and seamless interiors, functional botanical houses and many other details that will not go unnoticed.

RECOMMENDED PRECEDING TIME

We recommend that you visit Old Jeffrey with at least two weeks' notice, since after adjusting your piece in the store, it will take approximately a week to work on it.

After a week of testing, let's schedule another testing. If additional adjustments are necessary due to the appearance of small ridges and to tune the part, we will need more than a week to ensure that it is perfect.

2. FEITO TERNO SOB MEASURE (MTM)

No service Packages , we take the measurements using a "testemunha" named suit, which we digitize in our central computer, and proceed with anatomical modifications, modifying the base mold so that it becomes the exclusive mold for our client.

In this type of suit, absolutely everything can be personalized: the format and the length of the lapels, the design of the bags, the models of the shoes and the tail, as well as the selection of all the accessories, such as the lining, the fleece, the buttons and the line with which these buttons are sewn, also the embroidery of the initials on the inside of the pallet

There are numerous options in our styles of duas suits and three pieces.

RECOMMENDED PRECEDING TIME

If this option is selected, we recommend that you come to Old Jeffrey two months in advance, so the preparation of the piece will take five weeks. Next, we will schedule a trial with the client. Shorter delivery times are possible on a case-by-case basis and subject to specific requests (consult our alfaiataria team directly).

After all, we use the first test to detect quaisquer wines. If adjustments are necessary, we will take a full week to make them.

3. MEASURE-MADE SUIT

Por fim, apresentamos nossa line of alfaiataria Bespoke , also known as Handmade Measure.

In this case, our alfaiates take the anatomical measurements directly from the client and design the suit with the purest details of the traditional alfaiataria on measurement, or seja, houses and pespontos made by hand, interior completely interlining without nenhum type of glue or pesponto, cupro or viscose linings, plain or printed, etc.

After the cutting process, the pieces are mounted with alignment points and loose points. It will be a first try, called "prumo" test. After the "adjustment" test, it is again: we work in the office to correct details, incorporate the sleeves and finalize the piece. The customer is now requested for a second "fine-tuning" test and, if there are any additional details that need to be corrected, a third final test will be performed before delivering the perfect piece to the customer.

“CUSTOM” OPTIONS

We work on the basis of a pre-estimated offer, which will be endorsed and communicated to the client after an information meeting. During this period, we will discuss the design and manufacturing requirements. We offer 2 and 3 piece formats.

RECOMMENDED PRECEDING TIME

For this type of work, we need at least three months to finish the pieces. We then take the measurements, manually remove the client's mold in our office and, subsequently, carry out manual cutting of the piece.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MEASUREMENT AND MEASUREMENT SERVICES

The difference is mainly in the manufacturing process after the customer's measurements:

1. Creation of the mold after taking the customer's measurements .
