1. READY-TO-WEAR JACKET (RTW)

Our collection Ready-to-wear accumulators is a collection of ready-to-wear morning jackets, made with 100% Super S110 fabrics from the Italian fashion house Vitale Barberis Canonico: Made with a calibrated and perfected mold by our team of modellers.

In this case, the shoulders of each client determine the appropriate size; So, once the frame model is selected, we recommend the perfect fit to the customer on our behalf. After this stage, it is only adjusted to your body measurements for a perfect fit.

These pieces feature high-quality finishes, such as pointed and sloping lapels, intertwined and seamless interiors, functional botanical houses and many other details that will not go unnoticed.

“READY TO WEAR” MODELS

1. A morning suit with three pieces : shirt, tail and socks, all in medium waist. Normally, there are three tons of zinc: dark zinc, medium zinc and light zinc. O cinza-dark is recommended only for weddings at night, o cinza-claro is recommended only for daytime weddings, while o cinza-médio is appropriate, by protocol, for both daytime and nighttime weddings. RECOMMENDED PRECEDING TIME

We recommend that you come to Old Jeffrey at least three weeks in advance. Após a week of provas, we will schedule a new morning prova. If additional adjustments are necessary due to the appearance of small ridges or for fine tuning, we will need more than a week to ensure that it is perfect.

2. “FEITA SOB MEASURE” JACKET (MTM)

No service Packages , Our alfaiates take the measurements with the help of a tailleur named "testemunha", which we digitize in our central computer, and proceed with the anatomical modifications, modifying the base mold so that it becomes the exclusive mold for our client.

In this type of jacket, absolutely everything can be customized: the format and the length of the lapels, the design of the bags, the models of the shoes and the two ponytails, in addition to selecting all the accessories, such as the lining, the fleece, the buttons and the line with which these buttons are sewn, as well as embroidering the initials on the inside of the fraque

OPÇÕES “FEITAS SOB MEASURE”

There are numerous options in our two-piece fraque models (fraque and calça) and three-piece fraque (fraque, calça and colete).

RECOMMENDED PRECEDING TIME

We recommend that you come to Old Jeffrey with two months advance notice, as it may take five weeks to be prepared. Depois disso, we will combine a test with the client. 3. MORNING COAT “SOB MEASURE”

The customer is now requested for a second "fine-tuning" test and, if there are any additional details that need to be corrected, a third final test is performed before handing over to the customer.

“CUSTOM” OPTIONS

We work on a pre-estimated basis, which will be validated and notified to the client following their informational consultation, during which we will discuss the project and manufacturing requirements.

RECOMMENDED PRECEDING TIME

For this type of work, we need at least three months to finish the pieces. We then take the measurements, manually remove the client's mold in our office and, then, manually cut the pieces.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MEASUREMENT AND MEASUREMENT SERVICES

The difference is mainly in the manufacturing process after the customer's measurements:

1. Creation of the mold after taking the customer's measurements . In the case of tailoring Packages To obtain the client's mold, we use samples with a base mold, which we then correct to obtain the client's final mold. Montagem da peça. If the sewing kit is made by measure, our sewing equipment is made up of 10 people who will carry out the final construction of the piece. Each team member specializes in a specific part of the piece (sleeves, front, etc.), and the piece is finally assembled. In the case of custom-made artisanal workshops, all construction will be carried out manually by our specialized workshop.
