Refund Policies

We will not be able to return any item that is not in perfect condition. Returns of modified garments, custom-made garments, underwear (such as boxers and socks), ceremonial items (cufflinks, suspenders and handkerchiefs), garments modified at the request of the client or gift cards are also not accepted - nor will they be eligible for return. those garments outside the 30-day return period.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The amount paid for the items will be returned through:

  • of a VALE without an expiration date in the case of articles acquired in person en any of our stores. 
  • of the original payment method in the case of items purchased through our website taking into account always the return policy associated.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and, depending on the latter, we will proceed as stated in the two previous points, in each case. 

*Gifts: in case you want to return an item received as a gift, it will be enough with present the gift receipt in store; this will be exchanged for a VOUCHER with no expiration date with a value equal to the amount paid for the item.
