Once we receive your return in our store in Velázquez 19, the Customer Service department will send you an email through the address firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm receipt of the order in good condition.
Returns will be made entirely through a "VALE" document or a WEB CODE No expiration date. We will send you an email informing you of both options:
- Document "VALE" - will be sent to the customer's email address. The client may print said VOUCHER and present it in shop when making a new purchase.
- WEB CODE - The email will include a web code that will be associated with the full amount of the refund. We also send this code in case the client prefers to use the amount he has in his favor through the Web. This code may be used by entering it prior to the checkout of the new purchase made.
The processing time for a return is approximately 5 business days. This period may be longer at Christmas or sales times.
You will receive an email when with the attached VALE document and the WEB CODE informed during the 5 days after the collection.
