General Information

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return or exchange for free both in store and online.

  • Returns will be made in the form of a Voucher or WEB CODE - both without expiration date - except for tare or defect noted in the article.
  • In case of change, it will be made except for tare or defect noted in the article. 

Particular information: RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to make a return both in store and online.

The Old Jeffrey product must be in the same conditions in which you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging. We cannot return any item that is not in perfect condition. Returns of modified garments, underwear (such as boxers and socks), ceremony items or garments outside the return period are also not accepted. You can choose one of the following return options. 

  • For all purchase made in our store at C / Velázquez 19, the corresponding return must be made through this same route. The associated purchase receipt must be presented. 
  • For all purchase made through our website - www.oldjeffrey.com, the return can only be made through our contact email: contact@oldjeffrey.com. In the email you must indicate the following information:
    • Order
    • Article reference that you want to return (specifying the article with link if it does not find the reference)
    • Confirm if the pickup address of the item to be exchanged coincides with the one previously reported in the original order. If not, indicate the new collection address.
    • Indicate schedule that best fits to make the collection
    • We would appreciate you answering the following question Why have you returned the garment? It would help us a lot to know the reason for your return in order to improve our service. 

We will then send you a courier to carry out the collection.

PRICES

    • Returns - Peninsula: FREE if your order is all seasonal items (without promotions or discounts) | Otherwise: € 4.98 that will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed.
    • Returns - Balearic Islands; Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: 8.90 €
    • Returns - Europe: 19.90 €
    • Returns - Rest of the world: 290,90 € 

REFUND
Once we receive your return in our store in Velázquez 19, the Customer Service department will send you an email through the address contact@oldjeffrey.com to confirm receipt of the order in good condition.

Returns will be made entirely through a "VALE" document or a WEB CODE without expiration date and with the amount corresponding to the return available in Old Jeffrey credit. We will send you an email informing you of both options:

    • Document "VALE" - will be sent to the customer's email address. The client may print said VOUCHER and present it in shop when making a new purchase.
    • WEB CODE - The email will include a web code that will be associated with the full amount of the refund. This code may be used by entering it prior to the checkout of the new purchase made.

The processing time for a return is approximately 5 business days. This period may be longer at Christmas or sales times.

You will receive an email when with the attached VALE document and the WEB CODE informed during the 5 days after the collection.

If you have not received the corresponding amount for the return within 12 working days, contact us and write to the following email: contact@oldjeffrey.com  

Particular information: CHANGES

If you do not want to return any item but want to change the size, you can do it within 30 days of your purchase.

This service only allows you to change the size of the item, you will not be able to change its color or model. The change of size is subject to the availability of the article.

The Old Jeffrey product must be in the same conditions in which you received it, with no apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging. We will not be able to proceed to make an exchange if the article of the original order is not in perfect condition. Changes of modified garments, underwear (such as boxers and socks), ceremony articles or garments outside the return period are also not allowed. You can choose one of the following return options:

  • For all purchase made in our store at C / Velázquez 19, the corresponding size change must be made through this same route. The associated purchase receipt must be presented. 
  • For all purchase made through our website - www.oldjeffrey.com, the change of size can only be made through our contact email: contact@oldjeffrey.com. In the email you must indicate the following information:
    • Order
    • Article reference that you want to return / change size or article (specifying the article with a link if you cannot find the reference)
    • Confirm if the pickup address of the item to be exchanged coincides with the one previously reported in the original order. If not, indicate the new collection address.
    • Indicate schedule that best fits to make the collection 

We will send you a courier and the shipping costs in the Peninsula are assumed by us for primer exchange. 

Once you receive the item, the customer service department will contact you to confirm the shipment of the new size.

Remember that home collection and shipping of the new size will be free in the case of the first size change.

    ** Only 1 change per order will be free, if even with the change you are not satisfied - the second change will be borne by the customer.
