Shipping Methods

Shipments in 24h - 48hoursIf you visit us on the weekend, your package will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday - but no later.

If within 10 working days from the confirmation of your order you have not received the package, please contact us through the contact e-mail contact@oldjeffrey.com.

*In those cases in which the package returns to the warehouse because they have not been able to contact the buyer, it can be sent again if you assume the shipping costs. If you prefer to return the order, you will be reimbursed in full minus the shipping costs.

Peninsula: €4.90 | FREE if your order is over €80

Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands: €8.90 | FREE if your order is over €80

Europe: €29.90 | FREE if your order is over €260

Rest of the world: €290,90 | Free if your order is over €2590

Our orders leave the warehouse in Work days with what your package will arrive in peninsula across 24h|48h business days from receipt of your order.

There is an express delivery option for both the peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

Peninsula Express: €11.90 | Home delivery in 10-24h

Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands: 14.90 € | Home delivery in 10-24h 

If you have not received your package within 7 working days in Spain or 10 in the rest of Europe from the confirmation of your order, please contact us via the contact email address. contact@oldjeffrey.com

 * Our warehouse is located in Madrid because we are governed by the calendar of that province.

Accessory conditions

You have two attempts to receive the package. If you are absent or the details are incorrect, you will have to pay the next delivery charge of €4,90 or pick it up at the corresponding NACEX branch..
