In any case, and in accordance with European and Spanish regulations regarding consumers and users, When you make a purchase through our online channel, you have the right to withdraw from it within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for any justification. nor to explain to Old Jeffrey the reasons for your decision . This period will begin to count from the day on which it is confirmed that you collected the product or that a person authorized by you did so.
Likewise, and in accordance with the law, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal when you make a purchase of any of these products: modified garments, custom-made garments, underwear (such as boxers and socks), ceremonial items (cufflinks, suspenders and scarves) or garments outside the 14-day withdrawal period.
Generally, once OLD JEFFREY receives your withdrawal statement through the email initially mentioned, it will refund you, within 14 calendar days, and in the same original payment method , the following items:

- Shipping costs will be refunded as long as all of the conditions set out below are met :

- Returns - Peninsula : FREE if your order is all seasonal items (without promotions or discounts) and, in addition, it is an order value that exceeds the minimum value established by geographical area for shipping costs to be considered free ; as long as taking into account that the return is not preceded by a free prior size change | Otherwise: €5.98 which will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed.

ONLINE CHANNEL CHANGES
For any purchase made through our website , the size change can only be made through our contact email: contact@oldjeffrey.com .
In the email you must indicate the following information:
- Order number
- Reference of the item you want to return / change size or item (specifying the item with a link if you cannot find the reference)
- Confirm if the pickup address of the item to be changed matches the one previously reported in the original order. If not, indicate the new collection address.
- Indicate a time that best suits for the collection, we will send a courier and we will assume the shipping costs in the Peninsula for the first change. The costs of changing sizes outside the peninsula will be borne by the customer - prices below
- If you wish to make a size change you can do so within 30 days of your purchase.
- This service only allows you to change the size of the item, you will not be able to change the color or model. Size change is subject to item availability.

Important : for any item purchased with its original RRP, if a size change is later required , this request being carried out within the sales period, this would be carried out with the simple action of changing the size, giving the customer the new size that the latter requests without refunding, in any case, the difference in price between the original RRP and the reduced RRP at the time of the change.

The Old Jeffrey product must be in the same condition in which you received it, without apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging. We will not be able to make an exchange if the item in the original order is not in perfect condition.
